We have tried to solve all these problems. We have implemented a trouble ticket service integrated with Wildix systems. With our integration, you can configure the opening of a support ticket directly from Wildix Collaborator. Then, you can easily assign it to the right person, a colleague, or a specific operator.

Trouble Ticketing manages the states of the tickets and the service category. It allows reassignment to another operator and, moreover, it allows to take notes both during the insertion and the modification phase.
